In 2003, David Jenyns attended his first business seminar on Australia’s Gold Coast. The speaker was Brad Sugars, presenting a program called Billionaire in Training. David was an aspiring entrepreneur looking for a more structured way to understand how businesses grow.
More than two decades later, David would describe that seminar as a formative influence on his thinking. By then, he had developed SYSTEMology, a methodology for documenting and implementing business processes. His relationship with Brad’s ideas had also taken on a new dimension: Brad had endorsed David’s book Systems Champion, and professionals from their respective organizations were working together.
